MAKE A PAYMENT

Western Union

You can use Western Union to make a payment in person, at any location, by using their “Quick Collect” service.

1. Call 1.800.325.6000 to find a Western Union location nearest you.
2. At the agent location, complete the blue "Quick Collect" form and include the following information:
   Pay to: CARFINCO
   Code City: CARFINCO
   State/Province: AB
   
3. Your name and CARFINCO contract number must be written on the form. If you need your CARFINCO contract number, please call our Customer Service department at 1.888.486.4356. You may also refer to any recent documentation you’ve received from CARFINCO.

Other Payment Options

1. Payment in-office: We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card payments of over $1,000.00 will be subject to a transaction fee.  Credit card payments can also be taken over the phone.
2. We accept money orders as long as they are in the office on or before your scheduled due date.
3. Internet banking can be set up via your financial institution using your nine-digit finance agreement number.
