Credit Analyst
Responsibilities include analyzing loan applications from automotive dealers across Canada, on our innovative, leading-edge loan system. The candidate must possess superior analytical abilities and good judgment, as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills. Experience in consumer or retail financing, excellent computer capabilities and high standards of customer service are required.

Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include reviewing, prioritizing, maintaining and collecting on all accounts assigned, as well as negotiating payment arrangements and discussing alternatives to satisfy accounts. The candidate will resolve customer complaints and concerns, make acceptable payment arrangements, maintain customer records by updating account information and contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results. Problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Collections and/or automotive knowledge and interest are assets.
